SYH Club is the world's only private members club based on a superyacht, offering an unprecedented combination of luxury yacht lifestyle and exclusive membership community.

Instead of full yacht ownership with associated costs, maintenance, and logistical burdens, SYH Club members gain access to a superyacht through an equity membership model, combining the benefits of ownership with the flexibility of shared usage.

A yacht club requires members to own their own vessels. SYH Club provides the vessels — members simply enjoy exclusive access to luxury superyachts without the burden of ownership.

Membership includes equity ownership of a superyacht and provides an average of 30 nights per year aboard, giving Members the ability to book one or more staterooms simultaneously along the yachts' itinerary. The annual dues cover all operating costs for all-inclusive luxury amenities, curated programming, Food and Beverage, gratuities, and access to an elite global community of like-minded members.

SYH Club is based on genuine superyachts that privately charter for $1 million per week. With a more than 1:1 staff to guest ratio, and no more than 28 guests overnight, you are guaranteed a private and personalized experience every time you step aboard.

SYH Club was founded by two brothers with deep maritime investment experience and is led by a president with decades of luxury hospitality leadership at the highest level. Matthew Locastro Co-founder Investment banking background with maritime transactions and former COO of a superyacht-owning luxury group. Matthew spent 100+ nights chartering 70-90m yachts around the world, supporting his role in setting member expectations. Thomas Locastro Co-founder Maritime investment banker and formerly an executive within a superyacht luxury group. Thomas also spent over 100+ charter nights aboard large yachts and brings the financial expertise behind SYH Club's equity model. James St. John President A hospitality visionary with significant experience in management of top resorts, the revered Jupiter Island Club, James was also instrumental as President & CEO of The World - Residences at Sea for over six years.

SYH Club evolved from a shared-usage ownership concept under Superyacht Holdings to become the world's first private members club on a superyacht. In 2024, the team brought a 279' superyacht to South Florida, hosting numerous curated events that welcomed prospective members to experience the yachting lifestyle firsthand.
